Every Marathon Map is printed to order – just for you! This allows us to customise and pay special attention to every order, celebrating each and every accomplishment that our maps represent!

How long will it take for my order to be ready? 
All orders are processed as soon as payment is received, and a proof is emailed for your approval. Once you have approved the artwork, the print will be processed and will be ready for shipping within 2-3 working days.

How much is shipping? 
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R75.00 nationwide within South Africa. All orders over R450 automatically qualify for FREE shipping! We use Fastway Couriers for all our shipping needs.

What size prints do you offer?
Our standard prints are A4 (210mm x 297mm) and A3 (297 x 420mm). Prints can be ordered at larger sizes, or reworked into square prints if required, simply email us at prints@mymarathonmaps.co.za, and we will quote accordingly.

What happens if the route was different in a specific year?
While we have chosen routes that are the most used for those specific marathons, if the route changed drastically for a specific year that you participated, we are happy to adjust the map to more accurately represent the map for that year if the information is available.

Do you accept returns?
All orders are approved with artwork proofs before going to print. Once the artwork has been approved by the customer, due to nature of our product, we unfortunately are unable to offer a refund, unless the order is completely not to specification.

What payments methods do you accept?
We offer secure and trusted checkout using PayFast, as well as the option to pay via manual EFT. Please note when paying via Manual EFT, orders will only be processed once payment has cleared.
